Patricia Atallah ("Tricia") has over 20 years of entrepreneurial, management and consulting experience. A recognized expert in the construction industry, she brings to clients a strategic business perspective as well as in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of construction operations.

Tricia is founder and Principal of VantagePoint Strategy Group (“VantagePoint”), a management consulting firm dedicated to providing strategic, management, operations and turnaround advisory services to construction industry participants, including construction companies. Services are focused on helping her clients to: 1) review company strategy and positioning; 2) improve business and project performance; 3) turn around deteriorating business and project conditions. Her firm also assists clients with supplier diversity and interim staffing issues. Prior to launching VantagePoint, Tricia was co-founder and President of SoundBuild, Inc. in 1994, a construction consulting firm, which was acquired by Navigant Consulting, Inc. in 2006.

Tricia is author of the book “Building a Successful Construction Company: Create a Strategy / Organize Your Business / Protect Your Bottom Line” (Kaplan, August 2006), a step-by-step guide to creating and growing a profitable construction business, which is used as a textbook by New York University and other schools. She has also conducted seminars and published articles on effective project and company management and writes a blog entitled, "Growing Pains" on McGraw-Hill’s Engineering News Record web site, www.enr.com, addressing business issues faced by growing construction concerns. She has an M.B.A. in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business, a B.A. in political science from Tufts University, an international background and foreign language skills.
