Patricia W. Atallah ("Tricia") has more than 20 years of business and consulting experience. As a founder of SoundBuild, Inc., and senior consultant in the construction consulting practice at Navigant Consulting, Inc., she knows first-hand what it takes to succeed in the construction industry.  Tricia leads the firm’s efforts to provide construction and management advisory services to building owners, developers and constructors. Over the years, she has worked with many construction companies to resolve operational, organizational, management and strategic issues that can impinge on company success.

Tricia Atallah conducts seminars and publishes articles on effective project and company management and industry trends. Her articles have appeared in  New York Construction News and the New England Real Estate Journals, and she has been featured in the New York Times and other publications. Tricia holds an MBA in finance from The Stern School of Business at New York University and a BA from Tufts University.
